Featured Listings and Sponsored Badges are typically reviewed and activated within 24 hours. Banner Ads may take up to 48 hours for creative review.
Can I cancel or pause my promotion?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your promotion anytime from your Profile > Promotions tab. Paused days are not refunded.
Do I need to have a tool already submitted?
Yes, your tool must be submitted and in APPROVED status before you can create a promotion for it.
What analytics do I get?
You get daily impressions, clicks, CTR (click-through rate), and page-level breakdowns in your promotion dashboard.
Is there a refund policy?
If your promotion is rejected during review, you will receive a full refund. Once active, promotions are non-refundable but can be paused.
